'Children in Liverpool are to be offered identity wristbands in case they go missing while out with their parents.
A hotline has also been set up for parents to contact city centre CCTV operators as soon as they lose sight of their child.
It will connect them to the CCTV control rooms of Liverpool council, St John’s shopping centre and Clayton Square shopping centre.'
