 Dazzling comet outburst continues to mystify

'Comet Holmes has been mystifying astronomers due to the fact that it has brightened by a factor of a million in just 36 hours making it visible to the naked eye. This sudden outburst is defying the common explanations for comet behaviour. Comets are supposed to be balls of ice that give off material only when in the vicinity of the sun, which supposedly melts an ice sheet off the body of the comet causing the famous tails.

However Holmes’ marked volatility does not fit this explanation, leaving astronomers scratching their heads. Sudden, irregular outbursts are a predictable pattern expected if the Black Holes Principle outlined in Punk Science is correct.'
