been aware for sometime as an orthomolecular nutritionist and
researcher that there is something very odd going on with supplements,

Kevin Annett Rips the Mask from Power
'Is it any wonder society is drifting toward Fascism when the institutions that are dedicated to truth and moral leadership are rotten to the core? You can smell the stench of moral compromise, like rotting garbage, everywhere.
The same applies to the corporate media. Kevin did get a couple of good stories but they dried up with mention of the Supreme Court judges using Indian children for pedophilia. Similarly, when Kevin was beaten up or his documents stolen, the police and courts refused to act despite video footage of the theft. Why would they? Clinton wins by landslide in West Virginia
'Senator Hillary Clinton told supporters Tuesday that she believes she's the stronger candidate.
"I am more determined than ever to carry on this campaign," she told supporters in Charleston, West Virginia.
"I am in this race because I believe I am the strongest candidate ... I can lead this party to victory in the general election if you lead me to victory now."

The National Post: Warman lawsuit 'entirely unfounded'
'What did he think he'd get from them? Another apology? He's already got two. Or did he think that, because the Post settled so quickly once before, they'd settle again quickly, but this time with money? It just doesn't make sense to sue one of the biggest media companies in the country over such a trifle -- especially since they made Warman whole so quickly. Warman's speciality has been suing poor defendants without lawyers, or getting the Canadian Human Rights Commission to do so for him. It's just not his modus operandi to take on someone his own size -- or 1,000 times bigger.'

Rove refuses call to testify under oath
'A House Judiciary Committee deadline passed Monday with former White House adviser Karl Rove standing by his refusal to testify about allegations that he pushed the Justice Department to prosecute former Alabama Gov. Don Siegelman.
In his latest offer to settle the matter, Rove sent the panel a letter offering to respond to questions in writing, according to his attorney. But he reiterated that he would not testify publicly and under oath.'

Military analysts named in Times exposé appeared or were quoted more than 4,500 times on broadcast nets, cables, NPR
'A New York Times article detailed the connection between numerous media military analysts and the Pentagon and defense industries, reporting that "the Bush administration has used its control over access and information in an effort to transform" media military analysts "into a kind of media Trojan horse -- an instrument intended to shape terrorism coverage from inside the major TV and radio networks."
A Media Matters review found that since January 1, 2002, the analysts named in the Times article -- many identified as having ties to the defense industry -- collectively appeared or were quoted as experts more than 4,500 times on ABC, ABC News Now, CBS, CBS Radio Network, NBC, CNN, CNN Headline News, Fox News, MSNBC, CNBC, and NPR.'

US drops charges against accused '20th hijacker'
'The Pentagon said on Tuesday it dropped charges against a Saudi who U.S. officials say intended to be the "20th hijacker" on September 11 but sent five others to trial on accusations they planned the 2001 attacks.
A Pentagon appointee who oversees the U.S. war court at its Guantanamo Bay military prison did not say why she rejected the charges that prosecutors sought earlier this year against Mohammed al-Qahtani.'

Council that snooped on parents now uses anti-terror laws to spy on fishermen
'A council which sparked outrage by spying on a family to check they lived in the right catchment area has used the same surveillance powers to snoop on fishermen, it emerged yesterday.
Poole Borough Council has been following shellfish pickers under legislation designed to track terrorists.
Undercover officials spent up to eight weeks carrying out watches "to observe and determine if fishermen are gathering shellfish from prohibited areas of Poole Harbour".
Altogether the council have used the controversial legislation to observe people suspected of various misdemeanours on 17 separate occasions.'

Free Speech Under Attack (or pennies in free-fall)
'... imagine if the ruling goes against the newspaper (not exactly a stretch). That would be tantamount to a de facto state veto over the editorial content of a major, mainstream Canadian newspaper. Let that sink in for a moment and contemplate how truly frightening that is.

Taser stun guns for every police officer (as David Icke predicted from the start)
'Tasers could be issued to all police officers after a trial found that they deterred violent criminals, it was disclosed today.
The 50,000-volt stun guns, introduced to Britain in 2003, are mainly used by firearms officers at present.
But a 12-month experiment by ten English and Welsh forces has found that they can help defuse stand-offs even without being fired.
During the ongoing trial, which began last September, their deployment soared 15 times, while firing of the devices tripled.'

USA Today 'overlooks' 25,000 deaths in Myanmar for Jenna Bush wedding story
'The editors of USA Today, as they do every day, had to decide what to make its “Cover Story.”
The death toll from the cyclone in Myanmar was approaching 25,000, with about almost a million homeless, and the ruling military junta was still refusing to accept foreign assistance.
A Pentagon report revealed that about 43,000 medically unfit troops were sent into combat.
In Philadelphia, six police officers were under investigation for beating suspects. And, in Russia a new president was inaugurated.
What the editors chose to dominate the front page was a three-column head photo of presidential daughter Jenna Bush and a story about her forthcoming non-public private wedding.'

Details of airport Tasering stripped from Canadian police report

Mounties have used Tasers more than 4,000 times in the last seven
years, according to reports obtained under the Access to Information
Act.
'The RCMP call it Occurrence No. 2007-34748.

Read that again. The government is arguing that we should limit speech because we've seen how the Nazis could limit speech. Huh?

She fears that the MMR jab could damage the health of her children, and that this possibility, no matter how remote, outweighs the risks of catching measles, mumps or rubella.
This country is full of parents like her.
But now under controversial plans being suggested by Labour MP Mary Creagh, children will be banned from starting school if they have not had the jab.'

Families will make case for vaccine link to autism
'The Institute of Medicine said in 2004 there was no credible evidence to show that vaccines containing the preservative thimerosal led to autism in children. But thousands of families have a different take based on personal experience.
Some of them are going to court Monday as attorneys will attempt to show that the mercury-based preservative triggers symptoms of autism.'
Or, put another way, there is no credible evidence that poisoning children does them any harm.

'With virtually no fanfare, President Bush signed into law a plan ordering the government to take no more than six months to set up a "national contingency plan" to screen newborns' DNA in case of a "public health emergency."
