Who is Richard Warman?
Richard Warman receives award from the Canadian Jewish Congress (Bronfman family) which has also campaigned to deny David Icke's freedom of speech. Just a coincidence, nothing to worry about.
Warman's modus operandi:
'I’ve come to the conclusion that I can be most effective by using what I like to describe as a ‘maximum disruption’ approach. … If I think that they’ve violated the Canadian Human Rights Act, then I’ll look at all of the potential targets and file complaints against them starting on a ‘worst offender’ basis, although sometimes if I just find people to be particularly annoying this may move them up the list a bit'

'The ‘maximum disruption’ part comes in because wherever I think it will be most helpful, or even if I just feel it will be the most fun, I strongly believe in hitting the neo-nazis on as many of these fronts as possible either at the same time or one after the other. 'It's an account that I previously used to correspond with Mr. [Eldon] Warman. Whenever there were questions about issues surrounding the case, or if there was something that I wished to know more about his theories, then I would simply send him e-mails using this pseudonym account, posing as a supporter of his.
I apologize for the wording of the initiating e-mail, but I have found in the past that you tend to get a better response or a more rapid response if you pose as a supporter who accepts the theories, or at least is interested in knowing more about.'

At least one investigator for the Canadian Human Rights Commission has adopted a false Internet persona and trolled the Internet engaging in conversations with prospective victims. In other words, the CHRC is spying on Canadians, not observing and investigating, but participating and instigating ...'

Why should Richard Warman be the only citizen to have his own personal inquisition?

'Who has availed themselves of the "human rights" protected by Section XIII? In its entire history, over half of all cases have been brought by a sole "complainant," one Richard Warman. Indeed, Mr. Warman has been a plaintiff on every single Section XIII case before the federal "human rights" star chamber since 2002 — and he's won every one.
That would suggest that no man in any free society anywhere on the planet has been so comprehensively deprived of his human rights. Well, no. Mr. Warman doesn't have to demonstrate that he's been deprived of his human rights, only that it's "likely" (i.e. "highly un-") that someone somewhere will be deprived of some right sometime. Who is Richard Warman? What's his story? Well, he's a former employee of the Canadian Human Rights Commission: an investigator. Same as Shirlene McGovern.

David looks at the reports of the 'Black-Eyed People', which he has experienced himself, and witness accounts like this one:
‘So, I got up and knocked on the door
in the back of the coffee shop where she went in. At this time, there were only
two dim lights in the main eating area, and barely any lights in the back room
where she was. I opened the door. This woman who I just finished talking to was
standing facing me, just standing there in the back of this dark room when I
opened the door. Her skin was suddenly a clammy, cracked olive colour [quite
a common description in these cases], and
her eyes were just BLACK. I mean, no white at all. Her eyes and mouth were open
really wide, and she was screaming in the most spine-chilling sounds, something
I couldn't understand, but it definitely wasn't sounds of goodwill.
I literally screamed myself, and she started moving from one spot to the other
through the room. Not running, just moving. Her clothes now looked all old, and
she moved so fast; the back of the room must have been 15 feet or so back, and
she just darted from one side of the back of the room, still facing me, to the
other side, at an impossible speed. Then she ran directly straight at me as I
was now standing away from the door in the middle of the restaurant.
I got the hell out of there, and jumped in my car still seeing her nightmarish
face in the restaurant, darting it seemed to every window at this impossible
velocity. The worst thing was, as I tore out of the parking lot ... I looked in
my rear view mirror ... and she was sitting in the backseat, still with
that nightmarish expression, still screaming. Then she just vanished as I was
panicking around. Just gone. I don't know what that was that spoke to me in the
restaurant that day, but I know that it wasn't a prank. I swear at night
sometimes I see her shadow moving in the dark in my room, just grinning a
really ugly, evil grin. I haven't slept properly since.’

'The Bluetooth wireless technology that allows people to use a hands-free earpiece while making a mobile telephone call could soon alert the emergency services when someone has a heart attack, Ofcom predicts.

Birds can 'see' the Earth's magnetic field
'It has been debated for nearly four decades but no one has yet been able to prove it is chemically possible. Now good evidence suggests that birds can actually "see" the lines of the Earth's magnetic field.
Klaus Schulten of the University of Illinois, proposed forty years ago that some animals – including migratory birds – must have molecules in their eyes or brains which respond to magnetism. Clinton Wins Indiana, Obama Takes North Carolina
'Clinton pulled off an Indiana win in what was a virtual must-win Midwestern state. With 85 percent of the votes being reported in the state, she was leading Obama 52 percent to 48 percent.

DNA bank solves only one crime for every 800 new entries despite massive investment
'A massive expansion in the Government's DNA database has brought fewer than a thousand criminals to justice, it was revealed last night.
For every 800 DNA samples being added by the police - including those taken from innocent people - only one crime is being solved.
The revelation undermines Labour's case for the expansion of the controversial database, which contains the details of more than a million innocent people.'
But, like CCTV cameras, it's not there to 'solve crime'.

Tougher security checks to enter US as laptops and mobile phones searched
'Tourists visiting the US face even tougher security checks now airport officials can search through mobile phones and laptops.
Guards can download any details contained in the items and keep them indefinitely, following a new court ruling.
The latest legislation could mean lengthier queues as security copy photos, emails and phone records. Visitors already face hour-long waits while armed officers take fingerprints and photos.
Travel agents' group Abta stormed: "It's another ratcheting up of Fortress America. It's certainly not a good thing for passengers - it is rather Big Brother".'

Oil nears $123 on $200 oil prediction and supply concerns

'A Summit County Common Pleas judge ordered the county medical examiner to delete any reference that Tasers contributed to the deaths of three Ohio men.
All three men were in an 'agitated' state and 'on drugs' when police officers shot them with Tasers, and the judge ordered their deaths be ruled 'accidental' also that any reference to "homicide or "electrical pulse stimulation" should be deleted from death certificates and autopsy reports.'

'I didn't know it until I read paragraph 4 this legal brief, but apparently I, Ezra Levant, have been relying on section 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Act -- the thought crimes provision -- for my "psychological security". That's what the Canadian Jewish Congress, the Simon Wiesenthal Centre and, to Frank Dimant's shame, the B'nai Brith say.
In paragraph 4 of their joint brief, they claim they're "representatives of the Canadian Jewish community" and that Canadian Jews "rely heavily on anti hate-speech legislation, such as section 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Act, for their physical and psychological security."
I admit I've been caught flat-footed by this. I didn't know that I was supposed to be a caricature of a thin-skinned Jew, a neurotic Woody Allen stereotype, a perpetual victim.'

God is threatening, menacing. God judges you, so you must do this and that in
order to be well judged, to get good marks, to have your soul saved by the very
entity who threatens to condemn it. The threat tactic is very effective in
setting up a social control program.'
