Karzai Accuses West of Psychological Warfare Against Afghanistan

And it mostly lies about Afghanistan," said Karzai in the video, who seems to be from his address to the National Consultative Peace conference, in June 2010.
In the video he slammed the West’s portrayal of a gloomy future for Afghanistan after 2014, as an excuse to maintain its presence in the country. Karzai described the West’s claims of corruption within the Afghan government as a “psychological war.”'
