Syrian Forces Clash with Armed Groups on Lebanese Border

'Syrian forces have clashed with armed groups on the Lebanese border near the Wadi Khaled region in northern Lebanon. Clashes broke out between the armed men and Syrian troops during the late hours of Saturday. Separately, Syrian security forces said on Sunday that they had arrested 11 foreign spies from different Arab countries in the capital, Damascus.'
