Egyptian Military to Take Control of Law, Budget: Army

'Egypt’s ruling Supreme Council of Armed Forces (SCAF) says it is to remain in control of legislation and state budget, on the final day of the country’s presidential elections.
SCAF is set to issue an amended constitutional declaration. The declaration’s article 56 is to be amended in a move that aims to strengthen its power before the country’s president is elected.'
